well, i guess there are many you can buy with $4000. in my opinion, go alienware, but, they can be pretty pricey. i have an alienware, this one (http://www.alienware.com/product_detail_pages/area-51_m15x/area-51m_overview.aspx?SysCode=PC-LT-AREA51M15X-AI1&SubCode=SKU-DEFAULT)
fully loaded. the total was $7000+. i also have a HP Pavilion, which is pretty good. but it really isnt recommended for gaming. good luck
That’s a pretty broad and subjective question. Especially when you factor in that different systems (and more specifically video cards) perform differently on different games. One video card may kick butt on some games, but lack in others. If you have a specific game you want to play (e.g. Call of Duty 4), you might want to research benchmarks specifically for that game.
