@TheFlammableGas Same here, When I started playing Morrowind I immediately wanted to know more about the lore.

  2. viero789 says:

@ineedthis1995 You obviously have not played Terraria if you think that is all there is too it.

  3. Dyakasoria says:

“Says he avoided CoD, has played Black Ops for 50+ hours”

    Sorry TB, but you’re wrong.

  4. InsaneMagnus says:

@TheFlammableGas I don`t play skyrims main story neither guild/factions because honestly they suck!in 4 hours i can do, College of Winterhold, Darh Brotherhood and main quest while in Oblivion and Morrowind i would have done 1 thing, the main quest! what that makes people buy it is because first, its so simplified, 2nd those that play it dont even play RPG`s and thats why they think its good but for an pro RPG player its not good at all!

  5. DarkSciencez says:

@Dyakasoria He didn’t touch the single player, that’s what he meant

  6. ineedthis1995 says:

@viero789 No I own and have played Terraria I put 156 hours into it. So i do know that their is more then just digging and building their just was not enough room to type everything in a 500 character limit.

  7. freezewindow1 says:

yeah, give us a skyrim lets play with TB and jesse cox

  8. TheFlammableGas says:

@InsaneMagnus I’m a pro RPG player, I’ve always played old-school RPGs, and I love Skyrim.
Sure it’s missing a lot, but I still love it.
Faction lore in Skyrim isn’t as good as Oblivion’s, but the main quest’s was.

  9. FrancisTrout says:

I beg to differ with you, sir. TB didn’t say that the LORE of Oblivion/Skyrim was uninteresting. I daresay his point was that the main storylines of the games aren’t thrilling or amusing, be it the cause of the narrative (someone stole your sweetroll?), or the fact that there are many more interesting features (dungeons, sidequests,…). Tbh I actually quite enjoyed the main story in Oblivion, but when compared to a plot of a good, story-driven game, it doesn’t really hold up.

  10. TheFlammableGas says:

@FrancisTrout Like I said, not many “story driven” games are as good, I prefer the TES series, and only a hardcore RPG player could appreciate it.
But still, what right does TB have to say about Skyrim’s storyline? He’s only plyaed for 2 hours, just because he didn’t like Oblivion’s, doesn’t mean Skyrim’s sucked.

  11. MonsoPok says:

Yeah, I’d be fine with games only being a few hours long, but in my opinion the price point for that is $5 or less.

  12. Xdeser1 says:

Personally, I think TES and fallout would be (not exactly ruined) worse off with Co-op, to me, It always felt like that lone-wolf adventure, especially in Fallout 3 and NV traversing the ruins of the old world

  13. w00dpipe says:

Is dark messiah for the console as good as the PC

  14. holyheadcrabber says:

I loved Bastion but I don’t want a sequel. It’s one of those games that doesn’t outstay its welcome and that’s one of the games greatest strengths

  15. chamgebse says:

    have to agree

  16. clai83 says:

@cmilla111 Yes ME, who else am I going to talk about YOU? I had a lot of crashes in Skyrim, and actually I played about 140 hours but I took off some hours for my comment :p And WHO said that $/hour is the only way to judge a game? YOU not me. For example for me, Uncharted 3 is a spectacular game, but I beat it on hard in 6 or 7 hours, and I was not so interested in the multiplayer. Absolutely great game and worth the money. Assuming anything is absolute is just ignorance. -_-

  17. clai83 says:

@InsaneMagnus I’m curious what a “professional” RPG player calls a good RPG >_> Skyrim certainly has it’s flaws, but it’s a great overall package. My personal favorite RPG of all time is Chrono Trigger.

  18. v2Drake says:

If Activision owned Portal we would have had 5 games by now with multiplayer ranking and overpriced DLC and a web service called something like Beyond the Portal and you could stat track, then after 5 years they would scrap it because of poor sales and not understand the term “over saturated”

  19. TheXenomorphZ says:

TES is all about the story … sorry TB but i dont think you completed the whole game or else you would realise there is a lot of story story telling and quest lines that make you feel unique in that universe some of the many examples of this are being the Achmage or the college or the Listener of the DarkBrothehood you can’t share that tile with more people or else it takes away from the story almost making it pointless.

  20. harveyts3 says:

@WarMasterX6 your welcome bud hope you had a good time.

  21. KostaEtv says:

I would say TB that the story line in skyrim wasnt bad. Yes it wasnt the thing that you would want to focus on since their is so much more to do but the story line is ok and i would hate it if they did make it a bit better but its ok as it is. Even though it still should have multiplayer since that would be a game i would just love to screw around with my friends in.

  22. cczeroX says:

It’s pretty obvious why ME3 has multiplayer in it: It’s the easiest way to sell DLC.

  23. MrMrKnoxy says:

@TheFlammableGas the main quest for both Oblivion and Skyrim were both atrocious. That doesn’t mean the lore was bad though

  24. TheFlammableGas says:

@MrMrKnoxy I wouldn’t say atrocious, Oblivions was OK you just don’t have to look at it at a negative point of view, and Skyrim’s was good, better than Oblivion’s I’d have to say.

  25. viero789 says:

    @ineedthis1995 Oh, sorry
